FAQ
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 22, 2027 so we can finalize our seating plan and provide final numbers to our vendors.
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to find parking, grab a seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.
Where is the wedding taking place?
Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Pillar and Post in Niagara-on-the-Lake, so there’s no need to travel between venues! The ceremony will take place in the Gardens at Pillar and Post, and the reception will be in the Upper Canada Hall Ballroom, which is right across the street.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Complimentary parking is available at Pillar and Post for all wedding guests.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We encourage guests to dress up and celebrate with us! Since our ceremony will be outdoors, you may wish to bring sunglasses and wear comfortable shoes for walking on grass.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors in the beautiful gardens at Pillar and Post. In the event of inclement weather, an indoor backup location will be available.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless your child is specifically named on your invitation.
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. We are fortunate to already have a home filled with the things we need, so we will not be having a traditional registry. If you wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution toward our future together would be sincerely appreciated.
